Mission

Meaningful, lasting change.

At EduActive, we are proud to be a Community Interest Company (CIC) with over 25 years of experience working to empower young people, families, and communities in the North West of England.

Our mission is to create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those who need it most by offering a range of educational services, mentoring opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.

We believe that every individual, regardless of background, deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our programs are designed to provide the support, guidance, and resources needed to
unlock potential, build self-confidence, and improve life chances.

OUR WORK

Our Focus Areas

We bring our expertise to multiple projects & sectors, developing the communities future and redefining what is possible, one project at a time.

01

Supporting Disadvantaged Families and Young People

At the heart of EduActive’s work is our commitment to supporting families and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. We help individuals from these communities live more meaningful, fulfilling lives by providing access to opportunities for growth, development, and enrichment. Through our initiatives, young people gain the chance to participate in sport, team-building activities, and other enriching experiences that help foster both personal and social development.

02

Mentoring for Young People at Risk

We understand that some young people face unique challenges in their education, and we are here to help. EduActive offers targeted mentoring support to young people who may be struggling in school or are at risk of exclusion. Our evening provision services are particularly focused on areas that have been identified as hotspots for anti-social behaviour. We work closely with schools, families, and local authorities to create a supportive environment where young people can overcome obstacles, develop essential life skills, and stay engaged in their education.

03

Promoting Social Cohesion and Inclusion

In addition to supporting individual development, EduActive works to improve social cohesion and promote inclusivity within communities. We strive to build stronger, more connected communities by enhancing a sense of belonging among young people and families, especially those from diverse or marginalised backgrounds. Our approach helps to break down barriers, reduce social isolation, and encourage mutual understanding across cultures.
By creating safe spaces for individuals to engage with one another, we foster a greater sense of shared responsibility and respect in the areas we serve.
